Overview
The 135. Shonan Seminar on Augmented Reality in Human-Computer Interaction will take place from June 3-7, 2018.
Dear participants,
to prepare for the seminar, please:
- By 20 May 2018: upload a movie version and a pdf of your PechaKucha slide deck to the shared storage. In order to save time, we only do 1/2 of the original format: 10 slides, 20 seconds each.
- Bring one bottle of good wine for our wine tasting party
- Create some ideas about how we could spend the week! It’s very flexible. On the first day, right after the PechaKucha session, we will discuss about how to spend our week!

- For overseas visitors: unfortunately, there are very few free WiFi spots in Japan. Therefore, it is recommended that you get a local SIM card in order to be able to access the internet while travelling in Japan. There are several options provided at all Japanese airports; or, you can rent a SIM card in advance, e.g. here
- You are supposed to check out of your room by Thursday, 10:30am
