NII Shonan Meeting

Call for Book Proposal

We are planning to publish books on the Shonan Meeting with Springer.
The books aim to provide a vision of future trends inspired by discussions at the meetings, and the latest research directions based on surveys and discussions. The books are also intended as a “tutorial” or a “survey” for graduate students.
We look forward to receiving your submission!

Submission details:

Any of the Shonan Meeting organizers can submit a proposal. The books are edited by an organizer or organizers and contributed by participants and organizers, but they can also be authored. Each book project should be based on a meeting or meetings on related topics. After book proposals are submitted to the NII Shonan Meeting office, NII recommends the proposals to Springer. The books are published both as print books and e-books. The length should be more than 125 pages.

Publication normally takes place around one year after the proposal is accepted by Springer. However, this time frame varies depending on the project and timely completion of schedule deadlines.
